Transport between Hanoi and Sapa will be overnight sleeper trains.

Meet up at Hanoi Train Station.

Overnight: Orient Express SP1

Upon arrival at Lao Cai Train Station at around 545am, have your breakfast before transferring to Tram Ton Pass where you will start your Mount Fansipan trek.

Throughout this climb, you can observe and learn about the local cardamom plants, and the uses they have for this local area. Depending on the season and time of the year, you will get to see local birds and other animals. As you trek up to the height of 2200m/2800m, you will stop for a picnic lunch before undertaking the final ascent to the very top of Mount Fansipan. Early to mid-afternoon after a 4-5 hr hike, you should reach the top of Mount Fansipan – a height of 3143m above sea level. Take some time to absorb the fresh crisp air and beautiful views from the summit. After enjoying the remarkable views and taking some well-deserved photos, bade your guide goodbye and take the cable car down the mountain. Your driver will be waiting there to transfer your group back to Sapa town where you will receive your certificate of achievement and medal. You can also have a quick shower and wash up.

At around 600pm, depart from Sapa and expect to arrive at Lao Cai train station around 730pm.  Have your dinner while waiting for your train to depart for Hanoi at 855pm.
